Annual Kasi Music Workshop 2010 in Alexandara.


The Kasi music workshop is a day long exhibition  which will be displaying a line array of the music industry specialties and the leaders in the field.

Kasi music workshop is launching its first annual show case on the 30 October 2010.

This will be a one in a kind workshop as it will be based in the heart of Alexandra community. The core aim of the workshop will be based on growth and unity within the music industry in our community, the KMW (Kasi music workshop) team will cater for a maximum of about 200 delegates in that day, where they will be educated on the latest trends and changes in the music industry and lots of information based on the industry itself. As a team we will select the best within the industry to be part of this prestigious event as guest speakers to equip the up and coming artist with all the necessary information. Discussions will be held through out the day to deal with the ins and outs of the industry.

 AIMS & OBJECTIVES OF THE KASI MUSIC WORKSHOP.

To take a deep look into the music industry, with an aim toward taking a fresh new look at music as a whole, in an entertaining fashion

WHO WILL COORDINATE THE WORKSHOP?

The Kasi music workshop tour will be coordinated by Open house records cc., of whose principles include Harold Raselabe, Thapelo Pootona, Selby Mashoamela and Noel Munaka.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO ATTEND THE WORKSHOP?

 The maximum cost for tickets will be one flat fee of R120 per adult for entrance into the workshop.

"Discussions will be held through out the day to deal with the ins and outs of the industry also different aspects that is involved in djing, production, legal matters, equipment, software’s, promotion, management. These are topics which are going to be part of each exhibition". said Raselabe

 Each exhibition will provide a platform for the attendees to put all necessary hot topics on the table to be dealt with, whole exhibition will occur at the Alexandra community hall.

Open House Records  is extending this opportunity for support to help make a Difference to the music talent of tomorrow and we looking forward to the workshop starting.

The event takes place Café 25 (15 Ave & Joe Nhlanhla) on the 30th October 2010. From 8am - 5pm.
